Zinc Die Casting
Precision Down to the Last Detail
Starting with the design phase, all development work and the creation of drawings take place using state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems. Based on this data, the tooling department manufactures all die-casting molds. This allows customer requirements regarding function and design to be implemented efficiently and incorporated into production. The hot-chamber die-casting machines used in zinc die-casting guarantee reliable production with consistent quality. They are equipped with industrial robots, among other features, and achieve clamping forces ranging from 20 metric tons to 315 metric tons for castings weighing between 1 gram and 2,500 grams.

Automated mechanical finishing is a key factor in ensuring the exceptional quality of the parts. In the subsequent refinement process, the high-quality final product is created through thread cutting, grinding, polishing, thermal deburring, or vibratory finishing. The die-cast parts then receive their “finishing touches” in the finishing department through chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, or chromate conversion coating. Of course, powder coating is also available in all RAL and custom colors.
Through close coordination with logistics, storage and delivery are tailored specifically to the customer’s production processes. This relieves pressure on the customer’s storage capacity and optimizes manufacturing workflows. Multi-shift operations ensure the highest possible reliability in meeting delivery targets.

High-quality components and systems
- as flexible as the market demands
The standard range of “precision die-cast parts” alone now includes over 1,500 products—and that number is growing almost daily.
By flexibly accommodating customer requests and continuously implementing them, we ensure a constant development process. The modern machines used in production are also constantly optimized to ensure they operate at their full capacity, ranging from
200 kN to 3,150 kN.
